Now, a full 2 months after I purchased the car I got my registration and the wrong bank is listed on it. My registration transfer was never submitted so the day my temp tags expired I got a call from someone saying they were sending me a new tag and submitting my transfer request. I was charged for taxes in the wrong state. when I finally did receive my paperwork a signature that was not mine was on this paperwork for the new bank? I found out when this other bank started sending me emails about my new account? the bank I signed the paperwork for the loan was not the bank that ended up financing my vehicle. I did not receive my paperwork from the sale for a month and only after 3 emails and 11 phone calls. They refused to address it so I am out a few hundred dollars more to fix that. when I got home from my 2 hour drive we noticed a chip in the windshield that did not happen during that drive. Now I need to pay hundreds of dollars to get the second. When I asked about the second, they said there was not one. However, everything since the day I purchased the car has been nothing but a mess. We drove 2 hours to look at and purchase this car.
